Pela "...qualidade artística e significativo impacto a nível local, nacional e internacional...", o "HARMOS festival" foi distinguido com a "EFFE Label 2017-2018", passando assim a fazer parte integrante da comunidade de festivais EFFE (Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe), uma iniciativa da EFA (European Festivals Association), com o apoio da União Europeia.

HARMOS is now part of the EFFE festival community, facilitated by the European Festivals Association, which consists of festivals that stand for artistic quality and have a significant impact on the local, national and international level.
Your festival received the following feedback from the International Jury and Hub Experts:
A very innovative model relying on an international network with a very strong European accent and a deeply committed training exchange program which has proved its effectiveness in the dialogue with educational community.
It meets positively the three criteria considered for this stage of evaluation of the applications for EFFE Label Festival.
